They will organize convention at all sub divisions on the issue. Meanwhile, the state government decided to appeal at the Supreme Court challenging the verdict of High Court. Sources said 10,323 sacked teachers from job are thinking of file a case in the court.

Now, questions were raised who would be their opponent in the case to be filed by teachers. It is clear that they have to file case against the state government if they file any case demanding their reappointment. But, the state government will not accompany the dismissed teachers if they file any case against the state government.

However sources said that the terminated teachers are going to file case in public interest. They have started to collect subscription at Rs1500, Rs, 1000 and Rs, 500 from under graduate, graduate and post-graduate teachers respectively. Sources said that a section of unemployed youths of the ruling party is happy by verdict of High Court. On the other hand the ruling party engaged HGB organization so that the terminated teachers can not oppose the state government. At the same time HGB leaders started to divert the terminated teachers against congress by brain washing them.
