AGARTALA, Sep 30 (TIWN): NE Connectivity Industry summit which was supposed to showcase Manik Sarkar's'golden' achievements, instead resulted in disaster after Tripura CM's anti-nationalist remarks delivered against Indian Foreign Policy and Prime Minister. Tripura Governor sent a strong report to the Central Govt. but Manik Sarkar planwise engaged his spy officials headed by Secretary to Governor & nominated IAS official Samarji Bhowmik whose work is just to report about Governor’s movement to CM. Reportedly, vigilance in Governor house has been tightened further with the help of Manik’s various spies, as CPI-M’s worries now have no endings after CM’s anti-national mask was exposed at NE summit, when Manik Sarkar went out of control being hit by NITI Ayog member Bibek Debroy’s questionings. Central Govt., Ministry of External Affairs has sought the details and asked to know the truth about Tripura Chief Minister’s speech at NE summit immediately after 2 days of the incident Governor sent the report to Delhi.

CPI-M is now afraid of the report which was sent to the Central as it may do longterm harm to Party. In this regard what report was exactly sent to Central, CM now wants to know as after his hateful anti-India comments will embarrass party further.

However, sources said that already CM came to know that with proper evidences, recordings of Manik's speech, Governor has sent the report to Delhi. Moreover central has not taken the issue lightly, resulted in more upcoming trauma for Manik Sarkar.

Being the Chief Minister of a state Manik Sarkar’s speech on that day was highly anti-nationalist.

Opposition party delegates also in a letter wrote to Governor that—“Sarkar’s speech was open provocation, particularly to Pakistan. It will trigger violence by Pakistan against India. As has already been witnessed for last few days Pakistan led Terrorists killed many Indian soldiers in the “Uri” attack in Jammu & Kashmir state. In such time Manik Sarkar’s speech will aggravate the relationship with India & Pakistan.”.

CPI-M is further planning to end the issue soon & after major embarrassment in NE summit CPI-M trying for next political mileage.
