AGARTALA, Sep 30 (TIWN): To give a major jolt to the traditional goondaraj of CITU & other Red-Unions, Trinamool Congress has introduced a new labour union in Tripura to beat the Dadagiri on passengers.

Seeing the Indian National Trinamool Trade Union Congress (INTUC) is launching labour unions in Tripura CITU has come out of their Goondaraj  for a day & reportedly distributed cloths to the poor people to beg blessing from the public and to keep the sympathy of public towards ruling party. 

In a press meet held at Agartala press club TMC leader of labour union Subendu Chakraborty said, “In Tripura traditionally labour union means CITU & other left front backed unions, who under the shelter of left front party is pursuing their Goondaraj in Tripura since 23 years”.

CITU who are not abide by any laws in state, never protests against any newly launched law in state, said Chakraborty.

However, during the press conference it was disclosed how in the name of CNG permission issuing, massive lootings of public funds are held under Transport Minister Manik Dey. “From each & every person for CNG permission the transport dept is taking Rs. 3200/-. But Transport Minister is silent in this issue.

“In the name of Re-testing a testing centre at Bodjongnagar, who is very close to one of the Ministers is looting not only money, but cancelling the CNG vehicle”, Chakraborty added. He also mentioned whether Tripura Govt. is making law but all fruits of those laws are reserved for Left Front Trade Unions.

“The passengers are harassed on road everyday due to the unruliness of the Unions. Nagerala has become CITU zone where traffic police are also attacked. Before few days CITU had attacked on a woman, but what step has Tripura Govt taken against them?”, mentioned Chakraborty.

“We condemn against the Gooda-Raj & Union Dadagiri of trade unions. We also promise to look after any issue raised by public against the unruliness of the trade unions”, Chakrabory said. However, seeing the new wing of labour union in state CITU has distributed cloths to the poor people at Agartala.

CITU anytime blocks road, fights on road, not abided by any law.

 In this situation although BJP, Congress have failed to introduce any anti-left union, but Trinaomool has atlast done this, which may raise sometimes voice in support of passenger, as the unruliness of CITU has become everyday issue in Capital City & also in other subdivisions.
