AGARTALA, Sep 21 (TIWN): Having successfully organized seven constructive summits, Government of Gujarat, as part of its journey towards sustainable long-term growth and inclusive development is organizing the 8th edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit from the 10th to 13th of January 2017, but Tripura being ruled by CPI-M since 23 year’s yet to see such attempts by state govt. The central focus of the 8th edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit is “Sustainable Economic and Social Development”. However, Tripura Govt.’s organized Industry-summit has been started from Wednesday, but everyone knows, what can be the outcome of such programmes.

Due to lack of Industries, the bright students of state from the beginning of their career choose not come back in Tripura. Maximum engineers of Tripura are settled down outside state & few manage jobs with Tirpura govt.’s poor salary.

Unemployment under Engineering profession in Tripura is also high.

Prime Minister Narendra  Modi  greeted engineers on the occasion of Engineers Day-2016. With the aim of curving unemployment, establishing the country with skill development, Modi Govt. announced the theme for this year : ‘Skill Development for Young Engineers to Reform the Core Sector : Vision 2025 ! In a tweet, Modi said, “The intellect, dedication and curiosity of engineers have led to several path-breaking innovations”.

Tripura also enthusiastically celebrated this Engineers  Day, with the theme of Modi Govt.’s Digital India Movement. But the ever year a large number of passing out Engineering students in Tripura are facing hard times who decide to live in Tripura, or those who can’t manage a job outside the state.

Under the lameluck Industry Minister, Tripura has scored zeros in IT and Industrial growth. Few pass out engineers have sheltered under Tripura Govt.’s contract basis job with poor salaries, where their education and skills have become valueless.

Maximum joins in companies outside the state and others suffer from unemployment. Tripura has many Engineering Diploma & Degree Colleges, but lack of job opportunity hits young people’s lives after they become graduate in Engineering.

The Central Govt’s mission,  which is aimed to cut down the unemployment rate in the Country, with the power of skill development has remained without any affect for Tripura.

As per the theme of 49th Engineering Day, the  skill of the Young engineers need to be developed to upgrade the core sectors. The chances for core sectors in Tripura fell sharply to under Manik Sarkar’s regime ---- has been resulted in huge number of unemployed youths across the state.

Tripura’s 7 lakhs of unemployed youths are proofs that under Communist Era the state can never be progressed, doesn’t matter how far the Central Govt. pushes. Manik Sarkar neither has any intension to boost state’s dying factories, nor he is aimed to develop the state with IT, and any ‘Digital Movement’.
