AGARTALA, Sep 19 (TIWN) : TSR 2nd battalion 26th rising day was celebrated on Monday at R.K.Nagar TSR camp which attended by DGP K.Nagraj and other senior officials.

Like Islamic terrorist countries as such Pakistan and Middle east, free terrorism trainings are given to a disgruntled section of young generations in Northeast, including Tripura, Mizoram, Assam – many terrorist camps are being funded by narcotics-smuggling-cartels.

But in Tripura, DGP K Nagraj is trying to close his eyes from such issues and said, "Tripura is now Terrorism free state. To make Tripura a terrorism free state police, army fought a lot & BSF 2nd Btln's dedication in it is so much prevalent".

Fact is from Kanchanpur to down South, many different tribal insurgent outfits like Bru, erstwhile ATTF cadres, NLFT in collaboration with Bangladesh based JMB, Pakistan’s ISI working towards reviving insurgency again in various states.. 

But what about the active/ inactive groups across NE? What about Bangladeshi Jihadi threats in state ? Borders like sonamura and Tripura's 35% unfenced borders?.

Tripura has various terrorist groups, some of them are emerging as terrorists :

1) Fundamentalist (maximum in Sonamura, few in Udaipur and North Tripura),

2) Reang Refugees who were migrated from Mizoram controlled by
Mizoram based L V Charki’s group,

3)  NLFT,

4) Few separatists groups mostly offsprings of former ATTF cadres.

Already 2 times Assam was attacked before Independence day (Aug 15) which killed 16 people and any time Tripura may become a victim of terrorists.

TIWN exposed how L V Charki’s terrorism based institutions are training the young generation into Terrorism, but DGP K Nagraj at R K Nagar, on the occasion of 26^th Rising Day said terrorism has been diminished from Tripura.

Its high time Tripura Police strenghtens the intelligence gathering capabilities and replace with a better officer in DGP's Post than CBI charge-sheeted tainted K.Nagraj who is  involved in multiple corruption cases.
