KAMALPUR, Sep 9 (TIWN): After a long pause, the BJP Kamalpur Mandal Committee stirred the road in the scorching heat of retreating monsoon this noon.

The party organized a mammoth rally and placed deputation to the SDM to fulfil long-deprived nine point charter of demands for the all-round development of Kamalpur.

After producing the deputation, the leadership claimed that, these demands remained closely connected with the future prospect and development of Kamalpur.

And without fulfilling those demands Kamalpur would surely have gloomy future. However, the SDM assured them to knock the higher up officials to adopt necessary steps.

BJP Mandal Committee placed deputation on nine point charter of demands which included the inclusion of Kamalpur in the railway map of the country; to start a CBSE school in the locality; to make the Kamalpur-Ambassa road into double lane; to set up a cold storage at Kamalpur; to start the border haat at the earliest; to complete the Rakhaltali bridge quickly and others.

All those demands were long been raised by the common people but the in power political party and the dynamic administration never found keen enough to go for those. Now, the movement of BJP ushered some sort of hope among the commoners about the future of Kamalpur.

BJP Mandal President Prashanta Sinha, District member Paritosh Paul, Advocate Shyamal Paul, Mahila Morcha President Shipra Sutradhar and other led the program.
