AGARTALA, Sep 3 (TIWN): Just on Friday Tripura suffered from the shutdown called by Left Front Unions with their many allegations against Modi Govt.
However, for Tripura there are many important issues and problems need to be focused including unemployment, increasing crimes, poor pay scale and less industrialization.
But without stressing upon those issues, just one day after the full shutdown in Tripura, called by CPI-M, now the Congress, Yuva Congress have created unnecessary chaos in Capital City on Saturday again.
Protesting against the increasing price hike, the Yuva Congress organized a rally from Congress Bhawan, Post Office Chowmuhani. However, it was at Surja Chowmuhani, which is one of the life lines of Agartala’s roadmaps, they lingered more than an hour, blocking the roads, and burning Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s idol.
It’s worthy to mention here that due to the road blockade held by Congress resentment have been brewed among the common people, as already people suffered a lot due to the 1 day long strike on Friday.
At Agartala although the strike was for 12 hours but after 6 PM also the auto drivers took double, triple charges for a single trip to the passenger.
As a result following 2 days disruption huge amount of resentment was observed among the common people. Moreover, just after the mess created by NSUI (Yuva Congress), another CPI-M Student Union (from CPI-M backed SFI) blocked road with another separate demand, near the same place ahead of West Police Station, Agartala.
However, by burning Modi’s idol, hitting over his idol with sticks—Congress has just proven how much these parties are frustrated ! How much they are failed and abandoned from almost all the states.
To hide the frustration of UPA Govt’s failure at Central and being unable to bear the skeleton-like structure of the party in Tripura, the Congress union has accomplished such a disruption in state.
