AGARTALA, Sep 3 (TIWN): A programme held on ‘Goodbye Diabetes’ with the initiative of Prajapita Bhrahmahakumari on Saturday.

The programme held at Rabindra Bhawan, Agartala. Tripura Health Minister Badal Choudhury, Agartala Municipal Corporation Mayor Prafullajit Sinha were present during the programme.

Addressing the conference Tripura Health Minister Badal Choudhury said, “This is really a very praiseworthy initiative taken by Prajapita Bhrahmhakumari”. However he also praised the organization for organizing various social awareness programmes during the whole year.

He also said that this deadly disease is spreading faster than AIDS in Tripura. In this condition, people should be aware about the cause of the disease and find out the remedy of it.
