AGARTALA, Aug 26 (TIWN): National Security and Intelligence Nurul Absar, during his speech at Sukanta Academy on Friday said that Terrorism is one of the threat to the peaceful order in a state.
However, why so much of terrorism they are facing in Bangladesh, he said that the religious diversity mainly is creating terrorism in Bangladesh.
However, presently Bangladesh is fighting against terrorism with the cooperation of India.
Bangladesh has zero-tolerance against terrorism, he mentioned.
The recent Dhaka attack has shown how Bangladesh has tackled terrorism, he said.
“Islamic Beliefs in Bangladesh is based on Sufism which is not harmful, Absar said.
“Bangladesh is not Pakistan or Iraq. But instead of success there are so many challenges they are facing to overcome it till day. However we have deep belief that we will overcome the issue of terrorism”, he mentioned.
“It will be difficult to solve the problem by a single country’, he added.
