AGARTALA, Aug 16 (TIWN): Tripura under the prolonged leadership of CM Manik Sarkar has witnessed heights of under-development in the state where still today the facility of drinking water to basic health service is at stake.

The problems does not ends here, the state under the leadership of the CPI-M have become victimised to  embezzlement of funds, MGNREGA scams, rising crime against women by the CPI-M MLA, nil industrial set up and many more where as Modi in his two years if rule has brought revolution in Tripura by introducing railway service in the state.

Crime against women, unemployment, corruption, smuggling this is all Tripura has gain under the regime of CM Manik Sarkar.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi promises which he made that his government accorded high priority to turn India’s erstwhile “Look East” policy into an “Act East” policy is proved after the Land-locked state has marked dimensions of new development in the state to such extent.

The Indian government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is keen to develop all types of connectivity’s with all neighbouring countries, including Bangladesh, to boost trade, economy and people-to-people relations.

After years of struggling, the BG train has ultimately made its entry in the railway map of the country.

With the successful trial run of the BG train to Agartala railway station has paved the way for the development of the transportation and connectivity in the state.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India's erstwhile "Look East" policy into an "Act East" policy has made this much awaited dream successful for the landlocked Tripura.

It is to be mentioned here that the ruling government under its regime of years did not take any initiative to look into the development of the transportation and communication facility of the state.

After entering office six months ago, central government has moved with a great sense of priority and speed to turn the 'Look East Policy' into 'Act East Policy’ to speed up the development work progress for the landlocked state of Tripura.

 Prime Minister Narendra Modi's dynamic initiatives fuelling North East India's infrastrucure development which is benefitting Tripura with various projects from railways to India's 3rd Internet gateway setup via neighboring Bangladesh. After the BG freight train has made its entry in the state next is the extension project of the Indo-Bangla rail link for trasns-border business.
