KAMALPUR, Aug 12 (TIWN): The administration got all set to observe the 70th Independence Day. And to make this day a memorable one the SDM adopted four day long programs. This initiative created much pleasure among the citizens.

The 70th I-Day would be observed through bicycle race of both boys and girls, friendly football match, distribution of sweets among the patients and jail-residents, felicitation, cultural program and ceremonial observation of the I-Day.
It might be mentioned here that, Kamalpur Nagar Panchayet and Salema RD Block also announced variety of programs regarding the 70th I-Day.
