AGARTALA, Aug 9 (TIWN): Arriving in the state to attend a mass gathering on Tuesday at Swami Vivekananda stadium, TMC Supremo Mamata Banerjee stated that people of Tripura are now tired of the misrule of CPI-M party in the state. However, with the emerging of TMC in the state, the people have got an alternative to make themselves free from the misrule of CPI-M government in the state, added TMC chief Mamata.

Trinamool Congress would come to power in the next assembly polls in Tripura in 2018. Ending of Left Front's misrule is a matter of time. TMC would be a major opposition group in the state assembly soon," said TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee. Tripura 2018 Assembly to see a new phase of election as TMC is likely to emerge a strong party in the state.

We are confident that like in Bengal, the TMC will oust the CPM from power during the 2018 Assembly elections. People have recognised TMC as the main anti-Left force and we want to start our movement right now as the people are flocking to the TMC,” Mamata added.

Under the rule of CPI-M in the state, the democracy has shattered. The ideology of politics has turned baseless under the misrule of CM Manik Sarkar.

Mocking the CPI (M) and Congress alliance Mamata said that it is unholy one. Defeat this unholy alliance as it has no ideology.  The party has deviated so much from its principle and ideology that it doesn’t even hesitate to forge an unholy alliance with the CPI(M) which had carried on attacks on at many places in the state several times and even killed many innocent people for their own sake.

The erstwhile Left Front government did not pay any attention to the development work in the state, but we have undertaken major development work and under the leadership of Trinamool Congress we will bring development in the state, said TMC chief Mamata Banerjee.

She also said that the Unemployment stands as serious problem in Tripura as young graduates have no place to search jobs other than enrolling names as CPI-M cadres in party offices. With the increase in number of pass out students, the number of unemployed is also raising high. Only due to the misrule of CPI-M the youths are deprived, the deserving people are not getting allowances, rape, murder, crime have taken a bad shape in the state.

However claiming about bringing development in the state, TMC leader Sudip Roy Barman further said that only TMC can bring a change in the scenario of Tripura under the rule of TMC Supremo Mamata Banerjee.
