AGARTALA, Aug 9 (TIWN): Dipa ruling over Tweeter, Facebook and other social media after she enters in Final round.

Amitav Bachhan, Ravi Shankar Prasad, Vijender Singh, Harsha Bhogle and many famous personalities are congratulating Dipa for her outstanding performance.

Nobody could imagine that a Tripura girl will make world level history qualifying for Final round. Being the first gymnast in whole India, Dipa is carrying billions of hopes.

Sports lovers, common people all are now eyeing for Dipa’s performance on August 14.

Billions of people had passed a sleepless night on August 7 to watch Dipa Karmakar’s performance in TV live from Brazil.

At Rio field Dipa and her coach, who is the one and only coach since her childhood Biswaswar Nandi also belongs to Tripura----were focused on the performance forgetting all regrets of series of performances.

Amidst cheers & crowd filled by almost no Indians at all, Dipa secured her position as 8^th in individual vault and thus she is going to play on Aug 14.

Her chances dropped when she fell to seventh when Simone Biles of the US scored 16.050 in the vault event

She dropped another rung to eighth when Canada's Shallon Olsen's terrific effort of 14.950 on the vault rejiged the overall standings further. However, she made position for individual vault.
