AGARTALA, Aug 7 (TIWN): CPI-M has been ruling the state since past 23 years and since then CPI-M and since then has wasted huge public fund to attend all international and 60-70 years old issues but don’t have any time to look into the massive corruption, scandals, unemployment, and rising crimes against women in the state. It is to be mentioned here that Tripura under the prolonged leadership of CM Manik Sarkar has witnessed heights of under-development in the state where still today the facility of drinking water to basic health service is at stake. The problems does not ends here, the state under the leadership of the CPI-M have become victimised to embezzlement of funds, MGNREGA scams, rising crime against women by the CPI-M MLA, nil industrial set up and many more and the same party is busy in holding series of meetings representing 70 years old international programs at Sukanta Academy.Domestic violence against women is an age old phenomenon. Women were always considered weak, vulnerable and in a position to be exploited.

 Violence has long been accepted as something that happens to women. Cultural mores, religious practices, economic and political conditions may set the precedence for initiating and perpetuating domestic violence, but ultimately committing an act of violence is a choice that the individual makes out of a range of options.

Husbands, who batter wives typically feel that they are exercising a right, maintaining good order in the family and punishing their wives is a process of proving their manhood, still Tripura’s so called people party CPI-M does not have time to attend state issue and busy in representing international issues.  

It is mentionable here that state science and technology minister Bijita Nath earlier was an agent of the Rose Valley group of company and still today no major action is taken against rose valley  despite of massively looting people.

History says CPI-M has been successful in providing shelter to a huge number of culprits only to carry out corruption under the table through the hands of these CPI-M backed corrupt officials and also to save their vote banks.

Reportedly, after years of the scam came into limelight, the main accused BDO Bimal Chakraborty is yet roaming free and police is reluctant to take any action. Still today after years have passed by police is yet stick to the stage of investigation.
