Araku Valley,Andhra Pradesh May 3 (TIWN): Jitendra Chaudhury, Minister of RD and Industries & Commerce etc. Tripura campaigned today at Chaintapalle under Visakhapatnam District, which is part of Araku LS Constituency and Paderu Assembly segment. A huge procession chanted by slogans, songs and dance by the young tribal women carried out throughout the street of Chintapalle Division HQ before the public meeting started at the Bus Stand.

While addressing to the gathering Sri Chaudhury said that during last five years the Congress party in liu of their promises to provide Rs. 2 rupee/per kgs of 35 kg rice to each family, 5 crores job to the youth, checking the price of essential commodities and saving the farm and farmers of the country, they have gifted only starvation, unemployment, price hike, inflation, corruption, looting of public properties and division of the state. The bourgeoisie parties in the fray, Congress led UPA, BJP led NDA and YSR Congress none are talking about basic problems of the common people in the country and Andhra Pradesh, they are engaged on hurling slurs against each other on insignificant issues. In Andhra Pradesh farmers are committing suicide almost everyday failing to meet their debt, job opportunities are shrinking in both public and private sector, public spending has been reduced drastically, livelihood of the underprivileged section including ST, SC, OBC & RMs are at stake, but these burgoise parties are silent on that. They are only selling the dreams of making Visakhapatnam as Singapore, Vijayawada as Tokyo and all irrelevant issues are being talked of, but not discussing any agenda for the people. Sri Chaudhury further added that while Congress is hardly another two weeks in the office, BJP and its ally can't offer any alternative to the country. The majority of Indians choice is to form a anti Congress anti BJP Secular Government, that formation would only be the viable option to save the country and offer a Government of alternative programmes and that Government shall sustain if the strength of Left is increased in the parliament. He has further appealed to increase the number of Left Members in newly formed AP Assembly that the voice of the toiling masses is heard prominetly. Among the others Dr. M. Babu Rao, CPI(M) candidate for Araku Loksabha Constituency and G. Demudu, CPI candidate for Paderu Assembly Constituency also addressed the gathering.
