AGARTALA, July 15 (TIWN): Tripura’s Judicial System in lower courts has become such corrupted that the lawyers now-a-days engage in show-off public-drama for already manipulated cases. Any CPI-M aligned criminals are released after a show off drama and backdoor deals by Lawyers, Judges and middlemen. In sensitive cases like Panna Ahmed type CPI-M aligned officials, who deserves punishment by Judges but in reality the whole case is stage-managed and criminals are set free. CPI-M always made sure that, from Judge to Lawyer to even ‘fake’ witnesses can fabricate the case so that criminal can roam free. Same episode of Judicial drama is repeating in Panna Ahmed’s case. Although Govt. has rejected all the allegations for sheltering CPI-M cadres as Panna Ahmed but the lawyers in support and opposite of Panna Ahmed are stage-managing the situation and Controlling Public anger by mutual understandings, so that the opposition parties, common people would keep quiet for some time.Tripura Former Govt. lawyer (presently retired), Raghunath Mukherjee, who has been appointed as the defense lawyer of Panna Ahmed, is well known as he served many cases to save CPI-M’s criminal cadres.

Raghnath Mukherjee who is acting as the Defence Lawyer of Panna Ahmed pleading against  Babul Das (Govt. lawyer acting against Panna Ahmed) are actually close mates and both of them performing as per the instruction of the CPI-M State Govt.

Raghunath Mukharjee’s choice of cases will prove him how he is an agent of CPI-M :

1. Parimal Saha Murder case : Raghunath Mukherjee was the Defence lawyer of those 12CPI-M criminals who murdered Congress leader Parimal Saha 33 years back. Parimal Saha was a Congress leader and was brutally murdered by these 12 persons, but Raghunath Mukherjee is fighting for those 12 murderers in High Court now.

2. Kalpana Murder Case :CPI-M MLA JitenDas's wife, Kalpana Das, who was a retired employee of Tripura police department, was found brutally murdered at their home at Ranir Bazar, near Agartala on April 16. Jitendra Das (65) was the former Sabhadhipati (president) of PaschimZillaParishad until July 2014 and a senior leader of the CPI-M Sadar sub-divisional committee.

It was Raghunath Mukharjee who was appointed by CPI-M to save murdererJiten Das, and tried his best to wipe out all the allegation against CPI-M leader Jiten Das for Kalpana.

However, it can be easily guessed who appointed  Raghunath Mukherjee to save rapist TCS officer Panna Ahmed as Lawyer Mukherjee is an expert in saving CPI-M’s criminal party members.

Just after the rapist Panna Ahmed’s arrest at Karimganj, allegations are coming against Tripura Sports Minister Sahid Choudhury that he arranged shelter for Panna Ahmed at Karimganj. JagadishDey who has fixed the rent for Panna Ahmed at Karimganj, was directed by Raghunath Mukharjee (source said). 

In this case how far it will be helpful to appoint as Babul Das the Govt  Lawyer, it’s to be seen, as he is nobody but a puppet in the hands of CPI-M.

Both CPI-M lawyers will very soon get rapist Panna Ahmed out of Police Custody by the party-guided manipulations.
