Agartala, July 15 (TIWN): Indigo Airlines announced their decision to operate morning flight, between Kolkata- Agartala-Kolkata sector everyday from 15th August, 2016 onwards.

Flight shall depart Kolkata at 7.30 am, arrive Agartala and fly back to Visakhapatnam-via-Kolkata at 9.00 am.

This arrangement shall definitely help reduce heavy traffic congestion between the Agartala-Kolkata sectors.

Now, effort is still to continue to replace the smaller and older ATR Aircraft of Air India by a bigger and new one, and to make it all 7 days of a week, which departs from Kolkata at 5.20 pm and fly back in the same evening 5 days in a week
