AGARTALA, July 12 (TIWN) : Modi had asked the state govts to follow the international obligations to defend Terrorism and already international policy against terrorism are getting advanced day after day. But Tripura’s lameduck Chief Minister is however, never took terrorism as a serious issue.

The Strategy is a unique instrument to enhance the efforts of the international community to counter terrorism along four pillars:

  1. Addressing conditions conducive to the spread of terrorism,
  2. Preventing and combatting terrorism;
  3. Building Member States’ capacity to prevent and combat terrorism and to strengthen the role of the United Nations system in this regard,
  4. Ensuring the respect for human rights for all and the rule of law as the fundamental basis for countering terrorism.

But in Tripura criminals as rapists get vanish from the state, but state’s police can’t nab them. How can they save the entire state from international terrorist attacks.

 Whereas Tripura is suffering from  ISIS / ISI terrors, the Chief Minister here is   unwilling to take this matter seriously resulting in increasing terrors in the state. Generally CM blames the western countries for their capitalism attitude and being a hater of nuclear-deal as a part of Marxist theory CM avoids to take international terrorist threats seriously, and to take action so diminish extremist activities.

CM here is found to walk in rally and protesting against the incident of the Second World War, but he is not ready to follow Western Countries policies and has neglected any international theory to develop the state.

However, state Tripura has seen how Modi’s policy is initiating developments here in Tripura. But Tripura govt. has always blamed the Modi Govt. instead of bringing enormous developments here in Tripura.

During the meeting at Washington, where leaders from atleast 50 nations gathered to discuss nuclear terrorism, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that terrorism is someone else's problem and that "his" terrorist is not "my" terrorist.

However, Modi also said that "All States must completely abide by their international obligations”.

Now question arises, being one of the smallest states of India, and sharing many unfenced borders with the neighboring country Bangladesh, and without any expert member team against Terrorism, how can the state govt. claim its citizen as being ‘Protected’ ?

Reportedly, in a recent development, it has been informed that the Sonamura subdivision has become the centre for all ISIS intrusions in state Tripura, which is increasing the terror among the common public here. Reportedly, Sonamura subdivision is the centre for all illegal activities, which has become as a threat for the safety of common mass here.

However, taking the chance of the silence attitude of the state govt. the terrorists are forwarding their steps towards the state, via Sonamura. Not only Sonamura, but the state is unsafe by many parts including Tripura Mizoram borders, South Tripura Ballamukha area and many other unfenced borders.

In this situation Modi’s point of tackle terrorism seems very urgent for each states, especially sensitive states as North eastern States.
