AGARTALA, July 5 (TIWN): Personnel of the Bangladesh Border Guards (BBG) and the Border Security Force (BSF) exchanged sweets at the Akhaura Check Post along the Indo-Bangladesh border in Tripura today on the occasion of Eid.

Para-Military commanders of both sides shook hands while soldiers accompanying them exchanged sweets.

In spite of Eid sweet exchanges among border guards, tensions remain high as Jihadi elements continue killings at Bangladesh.
