AGARTALA, July 5 (TIWN): A state-level media workshop held on IDFC (Intensified Diarrhoea Control Fortnight) at Agartla Press Club on Tuesday.
The programme was inaugurated by Raval Hamendra Kumar, Mission Director National Health Mission,
Apart from the Director there were present Sujit Kumar Chakma, member secretary, State-Health & FW Society, N Darlong, Director of Family Welfare and Preventive Medicine.
During the technical session, the overall view, strategies and role of stakeholders was given by Dr Supratim Biswas, Consultant of Tripura.
A speech was delivered by Pranab Chattarjee, Join Director of Family Welfare and P.M. Dr. Joydeep Chakraborty, State Nodal officer, IDCF, NHM also delivered speech.
During the programme it was announced that from July 11 to July 23rd there will be a 12 day long programme with the initiative of NHM and Tripura Health Dept.
