The programme was named as : 'Sports Award Programme and Distribution of Sports Talent Search Scholarship -2016' at 12.30 PM.

 

Apart from the Minister there was also present Arindam Ganguli, secretary TSSB, Swapan Bal member TSSB, Biswajit Deb, Mayor in Council, Dulal Ch Das, Director, YAS.

 

The 10 children who have achieved at National Level were selected and the Sports Dept. has given awards during the occasion.

 

However the distribution of Sports Talent Search Scholarship 2016 was of total 148 Nos. 

 

The other level of distribution of awards held as : Distribution of best school award in performance of Sports activities, Distribution of award  for best physical instructor in performance of Sports Activities, Distribution of Best Sports personalities. 

 

A special attraction of the programme was display of Yoga  by National Level Yoga Medal winners.
