Agartala, May 3 (TIWN): For many boot-licking IAS officers, they never learn to respect their IAS dignity, ready to even sell their own rank & prestige for the sake of uninterrupted supply of cash flow.
Dr. Sanjay Kumar Panda now proving to be one amongst those type of IAS officers who after a coveted stint as Union Textiles Secretary and Tripura's Chief Secretary now decided to work under below rank as Vice Chairman of State Skills Mission where he will be reporting to his much junior IAS officer M.Nagaraju, present Principal Secretary of Industry Dept.
State Skills Mission falls under the control of M. Nagaraju, so it would be interesting to watch how a Telugu IAS Nagaraju handles a wily fox retired Oriya IAS officer S.K.Panda.
Panda's tenure as Vice Chairman of State skills mission will create an awkard situation something like a grandfather (Panda) working under a grandson (Nagaraju) as Panda is much senior IAS officer than M.Nagaraju.
Apart from that Industry Secretary M.Nagaraju is known as an honest official, whereas Panda is known as tainted official as most of Tripura scams, irregularities taken place during Panda's tenure as Chief Secretary of Tripura.
Rs 51 crore MGNREGA scamster BDO Bimal Chakraborty translated Panda's book 1+1 = 11 into bengali.
Its surprisig to see how Tripura Secretariat's powerful Telugu IAS lobby which virtually controls CM Manik Sarkar and all Govt policies, now allowing Panda to come back in administration.
So, it raises the imp question that what irregularities, misdeeds Manik Sarkar needs to hide that he again hired back services of Panda into Administration ?
Or its a new ploy to generate CPM party funds before 2018 elections by two infamous IAS officers GSG Ayyangar and S.K.Panda ?
A sample of corruption under the tenure of Chief Secretary S.K.Panda where Central Govt RMSA funds were used to purchase Panda written private books which generated royalty / financial benefits to former Chief Secretary S.K.Panda.
