AGARTALA, April 17 (TIWN): PCC Chief Birajit Sinha on Sunday kicked off a rally at Agartala ahead of 24 hours Monday strike. Even though people are no more charmed after Bengal poll tie-up between Congress and CPI-M, so bandh will be certainly a failure even after today's street drama in Agartala. Over 80% of Tripura Pradesh Congress leadership already deserted party so Birjit Sinha led faction of Congress very unlikely to cut any ice in Tripura's political map. From opposition leader Sudip Roy Barman, Ashis Saha to Youth congress leaders already resigned from their party posts to join TMC (Trinamul Congress) soon. Bandh is likely to be a failure as major congress factions of party resigned, all set to join TMC after Bengal election. Also all Govt. offices will remain open tomorrow. Birjit Sinha's rally began from Congress Bhawan, Post Office Chowmuhani, made rounds in city evoking no responses. Also almost 100% of State Congress leaders,who are known to posses 'goon', 'arson' type of destructive qualities are no more attached to State Congress as 7 MLAs, major chunk of Congress leadership to join TMC after Bengal Polls, so Birjit Sinha led faction will miss the expertise of destructive qualities of other factions in tomorrow's bandh.

Tripura Congress with allegations against the ruling CPI-M party here,  called this 24 hours strike on Monday.

Congress chief Birajit Sinha has slammed CM Manik Sarkar for his failure as the Home Minister and asked for his resignation from his respective posts due to failure to maintain law & order.

As Birajit faction ran out of issues, so Congress leaders here stressing upon the decade old incident of Bimal Sinha murder case and CPI-M’s involvement in murder.

Moreover, the Cong / CPI-M alliance has been criticized by majority of Cong factions here, even tomorrow's rally will fail to hide the  Cong-CPI-M national level honeymoons.

Tripura police force already taken preventive measures  to stop any kind of untoward incidents.

Tripura Congress already a sinking ship, now mostly being led by Manipuri factions like Birajit Sinha and few others, so tomorrow's bandh like to end up as utter failure.

Tripura people are now well connected with national media via smartphones, internet so when Rahul Gandhi, Sitaram Yechury having politcal honeymoon in Bengal, few fools like Birajit Sinha cannot continue playing drama like  'FAKE Anti CPI-M' rants and strikes in Tripura.
