AGARTALA, April 17 (TIWN): Tripura teachers Non government association 22 nd state level conferences on Sunday at Press club.

The program began with the constitution of the stirring committee.

However, as a part of the program the members of the Tripura teachers Non government association began with floral tribute at martyr’s stone.

Addressing the conference, the chairman of the association Nani Gopal chakraborty applauded the organisation for organising such a program.  However, the program was inaugurated by former TCW Chairperson Purnima Roy. However, she further urged to women to be more active and to look forwards towards development.

However, the other members also discussed in the current issues faced by the association, the report of the profit and loss of the association was placed in the program.

The members further expressed displeasure over the issue of deprivation of salary, lack of scope, central pay scale, for not clearing the pending DA amount to the employees and others.

The committee also discussed on the issue that teachers are deprived badly in the state.
