AGARTALA, April 11 (TIWN) : The High Court trauma has atlast opened Tripura CM’s mouth. After the deprived youths had challenged the state govt. and announced to go to the High Court in order to find out the reason behind the recruitment policy violation while appointing 384 firemen under Tripura Govt., Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar has called the group of youths in his own residence and talked to them on Monday. CM has also asked the youths to submit their views to him, so that he himself can do inquiry in this issue. Allegations are coming that CM might has been afraid with the name of High Court as before this incident, already 2 times Tripura govt. has been embarrassed in High Court for violating job recruitment policy. It’s to be mentioned here that not even a month has been passed that Tripura High Court cancelled 34 Assistant Professor’s job at AGMC that another allegation against the Tripura State Govt. has come for violating job recruitment laws while recruiting firemen at Fire service.A team of unemployed youths, before 1 week had protested infront of the DM office, at Agartala and brought the allegations against the state govt. for depriving youths of the state.

Reportedly, recently, the job offers were distributed among 384 youths, among them however 11 posts were reserved for Civil Defense trained students. But according to the youths among the 11 candidates, only 4 candidates were eligible the job, whereas the rest of the 7 youths had begged job via party channels.

As per the laws, while recruiting firemen under Fire Brigade dept, a civil defense appealer must have atleast 7 year’s Experience with regular training programme records. But the 7 candidates had only completed 7 days training proggramme, whereas many experienced people who are presently engaged as the trainer for the new civil defense students did not qualify the job.

Tension more prevails among the unemployed youths as they are becoming overage. Talking to one of the deprived youths, he mentioned that they are further coming into mass protest and via RTI they are going to file case in High Court. As a result Chief Minister has asked the youths to submit their views to him and how they were deprived.
