AGARTALA, April 7 (TIWN) : CITU on Thursday has raised voice for their sufficient wages.

Reportedly, the demands are as :

1.     For the Lamps & Packs marketing employees state govt, would provide minimum wages. From 1^st July 2012 of joining date workers must have to receive DA,

2.     In budget it will be mentioned about to provide the minimum wages as grant in Aid,

3.     Service rules, EPF, ISI would be implemented,

4.     The employees who will not get minimum gratuity must be provided with Rs. 1 lakh of compensation,

5.     Those who are not getting EPF must be provided with 1,000/- as per month,

6.     To make a strong committee in the state, to make the protest more prominent in future,

7.     Initiative must be taken for the welfare of the Unions.
