AGARTALA, March 30 (TIWN): Tripura Bamboo Mission established a Common Facility Centre at Narshingarh Cluster.

Tripura Bamboo Mission has taken the initiative to support the artisans of the cluster by giving them design development & skill up gradation training, technological support and market linkages.

A complete value chain of bamboo mat based products can be viewed in the CFC which starts from Bamboo Stick making , Mat weaving, Cutting , Pasting and Assembling of Products, Stitching and Finishing of Products. Various attractive Products were Developed by the artisans of Narsingarh Cluster.

The artisans of the cluster are involved in the production and are earning their livelihood through bamboo mat based activities.
