AGARTALA, March 24 (TIWN) : Tripura alongwith he rest of nation celebrated the festival of colors Holi, on the other hand the visionary Prime Ministers Modi, Hasina just inaugurated the long awaited two Tripura specific important projects. For Tripura it is more special, as the deal has been succeeded after working for a long time to benefit this land-locked state. It a matter of glory and pride for Tripura where two Prime Ministers together inaugurated the 2 projects. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s special focus on North Eastern states, has gifted Tripura with 3rd Internet gateway, 10 Gbps internet and in return Bangladesh was gifted with OTPC Tripura’s 100MW power, for which Bangladesh Prime Minister has thanked India. However, the whole state Tripura has been cheered up on the double celebration of Holi and getting high speed internet. This history has been created when all are the public are in the temperament of Holi celebration. Tripura CM also emphasized the importance of the event and said, "I’m sure that this event will find a place in Indo-Bangla History and this day will be written in red letters".
Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina, during the inauguration programme of the power transmission line & broad-band connection, between India and Bangladesh, on Wednesday almost became emotional and thanked India for helping B’desh in every situation from freedom fights to power supplying.
