KALYANPUR, March 19 (TIWN) : One arrested after major clash occurred between 2 persons resulting one person seriously injured.

The incident occurred at Yakrai Village under Kalyanpur Police Station on Friday night.

Reportedly, 2 persons named Parimal Debbarma & Bibhishan Debbarma were in drunken condition and during that time a major clash occurred between them regarding money.

The matter went extreme when both of them started to fight with each other with sharp weapons.

Parimal Debbarma hit Bibhishan Debbarma with a sharp weapon over his head.

However, the neighbours rushed to that place and informed the police.

Before police arrived the spot, already the wounded person was sent to the hospital and admitted there. Bibhishan Debbarma was mostly injured due to the clash.

In total 7 stitches have been given and still his condition is  critical. Parimal Debbarma is reportedly the son-in-law of Bibhishan Debbarma.

Police has arrested Parimal Debbarma and investigating the case.
