AGARTALA, March 13 (TIWN): Despite of changes in the grade pay of the Tripura employees in the year 2015, on April, till day most of the pensioners did not receive their extended pay, claims Spokesperson of Tripura Pradesh Congress Committee Ashok Sinha.
Addressing a press conference on Sunday, Spokesperson of Tripura Congress Committee Ashok Sinha said that despite of urging for several times provide the extended pay the authority playing mum over the issue.
At Press Club, it has been mentioned that employees under Tripura Government gets the lowest pay in all over the country. However, the conditions of the pensioners are more pitiable. Therefore, the State Government could have take initiatives to provide helping hand to the pensioners.
However, on behalf of the pensioners, members of Nirbhoy discussed with the authority regarding the extended pay of the pensioners. They said that despite of several moths has passed many pensioners are yet not receiving the extended pay.
Inflation where hit the state and started to bother the people, the pensioners deprived of their extended pensions are also facing problems.
As a pensioners the pay get less automatically and on that if they do not get their desired pay then it become problem for the people.
It is to be mentioned here that Nirbhoy is a forum for protection of the democratic and human rights in Tripura.
