Common people losing faith on Left Front, BJP slams CPI-M Govt for delaying the 10, 323 teacher terminated case

AGARTALA, March 3 (TIWN): Left front Government where seems less interested to solve the Teacher Terminated Case which has been kept on postponing, BJP State President assures to takes initiatives over the teacher terminated case lingering for past several months.Talking to TIWN correspondent, BJP State President Biplab Deb stated that the case is yet with the Tripura High Court. Besides, without the completion of the legal procedure of the case, it cannot be produced before the apex court, added Deb.The case has been lingering for prolonged many months, yet the State Government is least bothered to show any eagerness to solve the case as soon as possible.On the other hand, BJP State President also mentioned about the negligence of the petitioner over the case.Speaking about the petitioner, Deb stated that after filing the petition the petitioner should have kept following up of the case. Therefore, it would have been possible for the petitioner to know the update and the status of the case.Criticising the ruling Government, he further mentioned due to the lacklustre attitude of the ruling Government, common masses are gradually losing faith over the Left front Government.Adding more in to the comment, he also stated that under the regime of the Left Front incidents of crime and rape cases are increasing rapidly.

Strengthening the party, BJP State President stated that to end the era of the Left Front Government, BJP have to compete with the ruling Government and have to defeat the ruling party.

It is to be mentioned here that a division bench of the Tripura High Court, comprising Chief Justice Deepak Gupta and Justice Swapan Chandra Das, in its judgment on May 7, 2014 terminated the jobs of 10,323 government school teachers citing discrimination and irregularities.

Besides, the Tripura High Court also asked the state government to put in place a fresh recruitment process by December 2014 and frame a new employment policy within two months.

It is to be mentioned here that Left Front Government of Tripura have recruited 1,100 post-graduate and 4,617 graduate teachers in 2010 and 4,606 under-graduate teachers in December 2013.
