KAMALPUR, March 2 (TIWN): The ending of fiscal made the offices of this golden regime a bit hyper active and devoid of common sensibility to serve the people. The year’s laziness and habit of avoiding works made the officials to be over busy during the period. And this business resulted in the unwanted demolishing of people’s rights. In this business, the officials of WR division of Kamalpur requested an information seeker through RTI to wait another month for the information.

A citizen of Kamalpur requested the division to supply some information through RTI at the month of January, in the last week. Accordingly, he was scheduled to get the information on 1^st March.

When he went to the office to collect the information, the authority requested him to wait for this month. An office could seek more time from the applicant for providing information in scribes. And it meant no offence if the same got sought within the period of one month. But, the seeking of time on the date of delivery and that too verbally violated the right.

However, in this ‘golden regime’, that applicant being a common man could do nothing but to agree with the official. Now, what would happen next month remained the matter to be seen?
