Vote comes and goes, remains behind is 'misery': Political parties clamours about developing the State but reality seems blank

AGARTALA, Feb 23 (TIWN): Political parties where busy to completely sweep the upcoming Village Committee election, every political leaders are clamouring about development and developing the village area if they wins the election.

Just when counting days are left for the upcoming election, the streets of voting areas has turned colourful with the flags and hoardings of various political parties.

Even till the last day of the election campaign political parties are observed busy in campaigning, clamouring the party will work on the interest and benefit of the people residing in the area.

Votes comes and goes, political parties releases several manifesto with several initiatives but in reality the elected candidates or the party members hardly gets time to visit those areas accept any emergency or for any political agenda.

Election is Tripura has become a run to stay in power and looting public fund and not paying ears to the public misery.

Before every vote the political parties claims about developing the area or talks about the people’s interest but in reality after the party gets elected nothing changes and the misery continues.

Before the election the parties claims to develop the communication system of the villages and various other interior parts of the State, assures to make the safe drinking water available at every houses of the interior where the families are facing acute scarcity of water and after election the same misery continues.

It is to be mentioned here that during election campaign the Chief Minister himself takes chopper ride avoiding the jumpy-bumpy roads of the State but claims that the State is developing faster than any other state.

Besides, the leaders also claims that about developing the communication system at the interior parts of the State, after getting elected they are least bothered to step in the area.

Crores of money has been spend during the election campaign but the same leaders thinks twice to spend the public fund for the betterment of the public.

The bag full of public money is wasted in the name of election campaign.  It’s to be mentioned here that the political parties are wasting the ‘public money’ and ‘scam earned cash’ in the name of election campaign like water.
