AGARTALA, Feb 12 (TIWN) : When the people of Tripura was in festive mood and celebrating Sawraswti Puja, lives in many places of the state had been disrupted with the sudden arrival of rains.
Reportedly, at morning Khowai faced massive raining as a result of which the business has been running at loss, in the festival market.
Many puja pandals have been demolished due to the sudden climatic change.
Rain had caused losses on Friday in the eve of Saraswati puja, when rain suddenly arrives in state.
However, the sudden rainfall over the weekend may have although brought funs for people, but for farmers across Tripura already stressed losses and now this climatic change it has brought new worries of damage to crops. Winter vegetables are in danger due to the unseasonal rain.
The unseasonal rain witnessed in several parts of the State – Agartala, Udaipur, Amarpur, Kalyanputand also other places in South & North Tripura.
