AGARTALA, Jan 4 (TIWN): Indian Dental Association of Tripura branch has schedule to hold 16th Annual Dental Conference onJanuary 8 at Nazrul Kalashetra.

Speaking at the press conference, Chairperson of Indian Dental Association Dr. Utpal Chanda confirmed that the programme will continue for two days

More than 100 delegates are expected to remain present at the conference all across the state.

According to the scheduled programme, Information and Cultural Affairs Minister Bhanulal Saha is expected to inaugurate the programme. Besides, Chief Executive Member of TTAADC Radha Charan Debbarma, Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation Sr. Prafullajit Sinha, Health and Family Welfare Secretary M. Nagaraju, Mission Director of NHM and others are also expected to remain present.

To mark programme the association is going to organize various activities.

It has been mentioned that the members of the association has been conducting various programmes throughout the year with an aim to aware the people about the dental and oral disease among the community in different parts of the State.

As a part of the effort in the rendering service to those people who are at a poor reach to the different dental treatments, free mega dental health camps at the remote areas.

Besides, it has been mentioned that at the programme scientific sessions which includes three scientific deliberations, two hands-on courses will be organized.
