AGARTALA, Dec 6 (TIWN): As a part protest of deprivation of employment and recognition under State Government, All Tripura Unemployed Degree Artist Association on Saturday in a press meet informed that they will not vote for any party in the upcoming civic poll.
Mention about the prolonged protest, the members of the organization mentioned that they have been demanding for employment for prolonged 15 years.
They further said that despite of several protest and demands the authority has been playing role of silent spectators.
The main aim of the organization is to fight against the deprivation of the jobless artist in the state.
They further mentioned that if the State Government is not fulfilling their demands than they will be bound to take massive action against the State Government.
Tripura is suffering from serious unemployment crisis.
Every time in a desperate attempt to nab a vacancy in various Departments, thousands of job seekers queued up from early morning at the recruitment centres. The job hopefuls began queuing from morning before the office time for a Government job.
It has been observed the both the queues of boys and girls were very long and had been eagerly waiting for their turn in the scorching heat.
However, it has been seen that every time an advertisement blinks in the Government website and publishes in the newspapers huge number of candidates queues up just to grab a post. The State Government where claims that initiatives must be taken to decrease unemployment on the other hand they are not bothered to get an employment.
