AGARTALA, Oct 11 (TIWN): Tripura Technical Employees Association on Sunday celebrated the 50th anniversary of the association at Press Club. On this occasion a State Conference has also been organized.

As a part of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Tripura Technical Employees Association, a hall meeting has been organized on Saturday at Matangini Pritilata.

It is to be mentioned here that the association has been established in the year 1966, October 11.

The programme has been inaugurated by Revenue Minister Badal Choudhury in the presence Secretary of the Association Shuchi Lal Saha, Former Secretary Haran Majumder and others.

The state conference has been inaugurated by Chairman of the committee Debabrata Datta Roy. Besides, General Secretary Ratan Lal Saha placed a report and discussed about the present status of the State, Nation and International.

During the conference, they discussed about the corruption of the State Administration, molestation against women, terrorism, employment and many other things.

It is mentionable here that TTEA was established in 1966, October 11. The association completes its golden jubilee on Sunday.
