AGARTALA, Oct 10 (TIWN): Information and Cultural Affairs Minister Bhanulal Saha on Monday will inaugurate the free health camp at Agartala press club organised by Agartala press club.
With the aim to stay fit and healthy, Agartala Press Club with the initiative of Divine Gastro and Liver Clinic has taken a drive to organise a liver diagnosis and awareness camp for the working journalists of Tripura from October 12. .
The health camp will be formally inaugurated by Information and Cultural Affairs Minister Bhanulal Saha on October 12. Renowned physician Dr Amitabha Ray and Dr Pradip Bhowmik will also remain present in the program.
Delegates of Agartala Press Club in a press communiqué said that, Liver not something you probably think much about, but your liver is a key player in your body's digestive system. Everything you eat or drink, including medicine, passes through it. You need to treat it right so it can stay healthy and do its job.
However, the liver diagnosis through ‘fibro scan liver test’ will start from morning 8 AM for the registered persons, and for those who are interested can also register their names. Press Club also urged all the registered persons to remain present in the liver diagnosis camp.
Liver functioning, thyroid test, body weight, and other test will also be done in the camp.
