AGMC started its journey from August 1, 2005. A decade have passed. The first batch of MBBS passed out on 2010. MCI gave permission for PG course in  seven disciplines. Whereas, the state government thought permission will be given for all disciplines.  For this all possible means were done.

But having failed to compel with the MCI guidelines permission was not granted. The state government on several occasion placed demand for PG course. Every time it was rejected. After a decade, PG course could not be started in all departments.

The authorities claim   of having all kind of facilities required to have the courses. MCI sent team to oversee the facilities available in the college. During visit the team found that the claims were just in papers. In reality  it was duck, the team told them categorically where are the draw backs and what  should be done.

The visiting MCI team warned not run the courses just for namesake. If proper guidelines are not followed future permission will not be given. The authority claim that they have enough faculty members to run PG courses. Whereas the team found there are shortage of faculty members.
