Cong. to go for civil disobedience movement regarding NH-44’s deplorable condition

AGARTALA, Sept 22 (TIWN): Tripura Pradesh Cong. on Monday held a press meet at Cong. Bhawan chaired by Tripura Pradesh Cong. State President Birajit Sinha.

During the meet Cong. announced for a civil-diobedience movement on Sept 28, to protest against the continuous deploarable condition of National Highway.

The protest rally will be held from Churaibari to Khayerpur,and continued from 11 am to 1 pm, said Cong. However, no  emergency service will be stopped during the protest rally.

Blaming the left front govt., Cong. President Sinha said that the ruling govt.’s negligence role has worsen the condition of NH-44 day by day. In their demand they said, from September 28, Cong. would give 7 day’s time to the present govt. to take initiatives urgently  to renovate the road condition, other wise Cong. will come in massive protest.

Cong. also raised the issue of law and order’s detoritaing condition in the state.

Blaming the police Sinha said, police in left rule domain has totally failed to maintain the peace of the state. Tripura is such a state where murders, rapes, kidnapping, robberies have become every-day issue.

State president Birajit Sinha on Monday, announced to go for civil disobedience movement to voice against the state govt.’s negligence role in overall all deptartments.
