BELONIA / SABROOM, Sept 7 (TIWN) The Chief Justice of Tripura High Court Deepak Gupta has asked the Chief Minister Manik Sarkar to take legal action against the picketers who ransacked the office of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate of Sabroom in South Tripura district during the nationwide general strike by trade unions on September 2. Chief Justice wrote a letter to the CM on Thursday about the incident at the office of the SDJM Sourabh Saha. CM accordingly sent the letter to the Chief Secretary YP Singh for taking legal actions, Law Minister Tapan Chakraborty told reporters. Accordingly 4 CPI-M Goons were arrested in Sabroom incident so far. But it is a matter of concern that nobody is arrested so far from Belonia.According to sources , OC Sabroom and OC Belonia ,SDPO Belonia should also be punished for helping those Picketers to enter into Court. OC Belonia / SDPO Belonia just acting as a puppet of those CPI-M goons allowed the ransacking and violence at Sabroom Court. Police should have prevented those CPI-M goons entering into Court premises and CPI-M puppet South SP Bhanupada Chakraborty should be held fully responsible for this heinous attack on Judicial System. Serious questions are raised within the CPI-M’s South Tripura party unit over recent Court attack as party is missing leaderships of honest leaders like Jiten Chaudhury, Badal Chowdhury as they are shadowed by corrupt Manik Sarkar’s lobby crook CPI-M leaders Tapash Datta, Dipankar Sen.

Many CPI-M big fishes could be arrested if true 'investigation' can take place in Belonia as well in Sabroom as the real attackers are absconding till date.

"Lets see how long Manik Sarkar can save those corrupt  leaders for insulting Court" ...a question remains.
