UDAIPUR, September 5 (TIWN): District ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution ) has been inaugurated by Chief Justice of Tripura High Court Dipak Gupta at Udaipur on Friday, which will function in whole Gomati Dist.

ADR generally solve the cases which remained as a mater of dispute and no solution had come with from the court, sometimes related to family affairs or property.

ADR function as “out of court” and try to mutual between parties or at least bring a fair advisory judgement for the petitioners. Advocates should be sympathetic towards the people who will come here, and after identifying the problem, they will solve it”, said Dipak Gupta. 

Tapan Chakraborty, Minister of Law said, “Common people will be beneficial with this ADR’s arrival in district. “Invisible problems of society will solve ADR”, further says Tapan Charkraborty

Many dignitaries had been presented in the programme as Justice U B Saha, Justice S C Das, Justice Subhashish Talapatra, Dist. Session Judge Ashish Pal, SP Gomati Prabir Majumder  and illuminated the programme. It’s to be mentioned many advocates, justice from the whole district had been presented on that occasion.
