UDAIPUR, SEPTEMBER 2 (TIWN): Despite several tall claims taken by the state Police to make the state safe for the dwellers, there are continuous reports of murder from different parts of the state including the city of temple, Udaipur.

Yet in another bizarre incident, body of middle aged men is recovered from Udaipur Mahadeb Bari area on Wednesday morning.

The deceased is identified as Raju Baishnav (45) and the body is recovered from Udaipur Mahadeb Bari area adjacent to the temple under R.K. Pur police station.

Sources said that few localites of the area spotted the body lying adjacent to Mahadeb Bari area on the stairs with serious injuries in his body especially in his head and throat and immediately informed at the west police station.

Getting the information, a team of police personnel of R.K.Pur police station rushed to the spot and recovered the body. However, police also scrutinize the area but couldn’t discover any relevant evidence from the area related to the murder of the body so far.

Police said that sharp injuries were spotted on the body of the deceased. Police further said that police teams have been constituted to work out the case, and they are in the process of collecting clue related to the murder.

Police is further suspecting that the murders might have been committed over a heated argument by assailant after consuming liquor.

However, police have sent the bodies to Gomati district hospital for postmortem and is further investigating the case.

In another incident, at a distance of half KM from Mahadeb Bari temple at East R.K.Pur girls school allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in the corridor of the school. The deceased is identified as Nakul Chandra Sil (60), resident of Udaipur Fulkumari Poultry road area.

Tripura has become dystopia of crimes where one after other day heinous incident related to murder is reported from every corner and police is simply playing the role silent spectator.

Day after day dead bodies are being recovered from several parts of state and police is silent over this issue. It appears that the duty of police is so far limited to report the murder case and sent the bodies for postmortem. Apart from taking any strict action police is busy in making tall claims in front of the public and fool people around.
