UDAIPUR / AGARTALA, August 26 (TIWN): Udaipur's richest 'crorepati' CPI-M MLA Madhav Saha’s massive property raised controversy again as the mystery of multicrore empire still remain unanswered. Madhav Saha couldn't explain any details of his property and being a son of a primary teacher how a person could own such massive real estates ? TIWN spoke to Udaipur officials, Cong. leaders from MLA Ashish Saha to Udaipur Cong. leader Anup Sarkar, who gave various datas which raised question on Madhav Saha’s massive real estates which mostly fueled by govt land grabbings, dubious NBFCs like smaller chit funds to Rose Valley.

Madhav Saha’s close friend Pradip Dutta and nephew Biplab Saha are “All in All” at Udaipur. Both of them, with the help of Madhav Saha have become 'successful contractors' and all kinds of Govt. tenders are being handled by them. This matter once again came in forefront, when Madhav Saha’s close-people grabbed 100-150 kani’s rubber garden, amongst whom 10-15 people protested by saying that Saha is engaged in capturing their properties by muscle-power. 

It’s interesting to mention that scam tainted Chit-Fund Rose Valley's unfinished Udaipur star hotel building materials supplied by CPI-M's  Madhav Saha & Company.

By corruption and land-grabbing, Madhav Saha’s has developed such a property, claimed Udaipur Cong. leaders.

Moreover in maximum govt. works, Madhav Saha's gang are found to be engaged, which questions the corruption in Gomati Dist Administration.

While talking to Cong. leaders, they mentioned that Madhav Saha belonged to a lower middle class economic family. His father was a primary school teacher and the financial condition was bare in his family.

In his student life also, when Madhab Saha joined party, he leaded a simple life.

After student life Madhab Saha joined politics, never he was in any kind of business. So accoding to the mere allowance which is given to an MLA is not sufficient to  own multicrore  properties, alleged local officials.

Udaipur Cong leader Anup Sarkar further mentioned that before last assembly election when CM Manik Sarkar delivered speech at Maharani as a part of the election campaign,CM said, “People should give vote to Madhav Saha, not taking him as a local person, but as CPI-M’s party’s member.” So it’s clear that CM is aware about Madhav saha’s corrupt character, said Cong. leader to TIWN.

Cong. further added that in “Madhav Saha’s era everything is possible from land grabbing to corruption to chit fund scams”.

Cong. leaders informed that Madhab Saha's involvement in another major scam related to Gomati Dist. Hospital, which will be exposed soon.
