AGARTALA, August 24 (TIWN): The latest trends of the police investigation shows that, the sensational and mysterious murder case of the Santa saha will also be dumped under the files like all other murder cases of the state.

It’s almost one week since the sensational murder case of a 50 year old Santa Saha and police is yet in dark, hitting stone in dark about the culprits behind the murder.

Talking to TIWN correspondent SDPO Sanjay Biswas said that there is no proper clue against the miscreants involved in the murder.

It’s almost one week and police is yet clueless about the miscreants who carried out this heinous crime in the broad day light in the safe zone of the city at Shyamali Bazar quarter complex on Monday.

The disappointing status of the murder case shows the failure of the police in nabbing the accused behind the crime.

New Capital Complex (NCC) OC said that no proper evidence is revealed yet related to the murder case of Santa Saha and interrogation is underway.

However, reliable sources confirmed that police was targeting the elder son of Santa Saha suspecting his involvement in the murder but from the available evidence nothing is proved against him. Apart from hitting the stone in darkness police do not have any more roles to play in this murder case.

It is to be mentioned here that though police do not have any proper clue against anyone, yet police is so far claiming that the family members are truly involved behind this murder case as no outsider will have all the detailed information about the directions of Santa’s house.

Suspecting deep connection of Santa’s son Dipjoy Saha police has also interrogated him thoroughly interrogation.

Sources also confirmed that the Santa’s son Dipjoy Saha has an illicit relationship with his cousin sister Pew and this was a reason of continuous dispute between the mother and the son. However, the daughter-in-law of the deceased, Bijaya Saha also alleged that there is an illicit relationship of her husband with some other women and following this a continuous heated conversation occurred between the mother and son.

The slow pace of the investigation shows the failing spirit of the police department and still claiming Tripura to be the safest zone.

Reportedly, resentment brewed up after a gang of miscreants on Monday morning brutally murdered a 50 year old house wife in her own residence at Shyamali Bazaar quarter complex area. When all the family members of the deceased were out of the house and she was alone at her home the miscreants thronged into her room and murdered he with sharp weapons. The miscreants attacked her brutally with a sharp weapon and left her dead on the spot.

Multiple injuries from sharp weapon were found in her body and was left dead in her own house.

Getting alarm, the police of NCC police station reached the spot with dog squad and forensic team and started investigation and even after one week police is further investigating the case.
