UDAIPUR, July 28 (TIWN): The road connecting from Jatan bari to Korbuk is lying in critical condition.

The localites of Ichabazar, which falls between Jatan bari to Korbuk are facing the most crises in the recent times. With the onset of the monsoon the scenario of the road has drastically changed. Only thing visible in the road is clay, mud and water logged at different parts of the roads. The person who regularly travels through this route suffers the most.

A bike rider alleged that it becomes very hectic to ride with two-wheelers as balancing with the bike in such critical road is risky and at any moment any accident can take place. The bike can slip at any moment and can lead to a massive accident.

The office and school goers generally faces a tough time while walking through this road. 

Poor maintenance of roads and streets of Jatan bari to Korbuk Road has poses a danger to the public. The road is filled with craters and cracked surfaces. As a result of which many vehicles get stuck in the middle of the road.

Despite several representations to the authorities concerned, steps have not been taken to re-lay the road, alleged locality.

The negligence of NBCC in proper construction of roads appears to be night mare for the people. The roads are filled with stone chips and cements, which appears as a leading cause of deadly accidents. The only thing visible on the road is ditches and pot holes resulting to accidents and inconvenience in travelling.

The condition of the road has been remaining poor for several months. And with the onset of the monsoon season, the stretch becomes slippery and slushy.

The road from Jatan bari to Korbuk has taken a bad shape over past many days. Day after day people are facing serious trouble due to this poor condition of the road. Though, the matter is being informed to the concerned authority but no action. The localities alleged that over past many days several accidents have taken place. However, the localities have demanded for the immediate renovation of the road.
