AGARTALA, July 21 (TIWN): The Tripura Cabinet on Tuesday had decided to recruit 13 Inspector of Police under the state police department and would appoint at least 47 police constable drivers, said Finance Minister Bhanulal Saha.

Talking to the reporters here at the civil secretariat after the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, Saha said that amongst the 78 posts created appointment would be done for 65 posts under several departments of the state government.

He said that the cabinet meeting on Tuesday had decided to recruit one Medical Officer who will be later inducted at Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC) and G B Pant hospital. Besides, under the state industry and commerce department two Senior Instructors and one instructor would be appointed, said Saha.

Under the State Higher Education Department CTE Principal would be appointed for Kumarghat B.Ed College and six more principals for the degree colleges across the state.

Saha also informed that the cabinet on Tuesday had decided to appoint 7 accompanists for the Music College in Agartala.
