According to the allegation of the Krisak Sabha leadership, the Diversion scheme work at remote Mendi ADC village was started way back in 2007. The work order for 2, 63, 00, 000 rupees’ scheme was issued in favor of some Biswajit Ghos on 2nd February, 2007.
