TIWN

KAILASHAHAR, July 4 (TIWN): In six month more than 100 youths of Kailashahar left for foreign countries in the hope of better job opportunities that exposed the fragile working and employable infrastructure in left ruled Tripura. Earlier, often such cases were reported from Sonamura, western bordering town of Tripura but it seems youths of Kailashahar are off for job outside the country.

Though it is a fact that earning hefty amount staying in one's own state is a credit, failed to manage any opportunities in the state the youths are moving outside the country. It is the responsibility of the state Government to ensure that the youth of the state to stay back and to play an essential role in the development of the state and also to plug the drains of brain.

There are several middle class families in the area who are running out of money to run their family and this awful situation leads them to leave their state seeking for better opportunities.

Though concern individuals had to work over there for 10 to 12 hours, they stuck up with the same job bound with their situation. As they lost their hope that they will get any job opportunities in the state ever.

The people who are out of the state, mostly belongs to middle class family. With the help of some agency the individuals manages their passports and other necessary document and spending hefty amount they leave the state.

There are families in the interior part of the state, bound of their situation sell their farming lands and with that money they send their children outside the country to earn money for them.

Though there are schemes like Shabolombon scheme of the state and Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) for the needy people but through this scheme also the concern people could not overcome their pathetic situation.

The problem arises with schemes that when the individuals applies for any loan in the concern bank, the bank asks for employed guarantor and if the loan hold fails to pay the loan on time the bank starts deducting money from the guarantor account. Therefore, the employed people avoided to become guarantor.

However, despite of tall talks to generate employment in the state, the ruling Government failed to give proper opportunities to the public of the state who are seeking for jobs.
