UDAIPUR, July 1 (TIWN): Under CPI-M's continued misrule, graduate teachers recruitment 2013 raised huge resentment at that time, within the unemployed’s youths mind who had been deprived from Govt job, as the govt. didn’t follow the recruitment rules while appointing teachers. Tripura High Court cancelled Teacher's recruitment in July'14 and termed the recruitment illegal.
Getting frustrated after being deprived from the job as govt. employees, in 2013’s teacher recruitment, 4 youths namely: Dulal Das, Dudh Mia, Bishwajit Das and Jhutan Das attacked CPI-M party office at Kakrabon, Udaipur and partially destroyed furnitures at party office.
On January 1st,2014 on behalf of CPI-M party members a person, Dulala Biswas loadged a FIR against them 4 persons. When the charge sheet was made, both IPC 448 and IPC 436 sections were charged against them : IPC 448: for committing trespassing and IPC 436 for mischief related to destruction.
Thus on Tuesday, Addl. Session Judge Debashish Kar convicted them and sent 4 of them for 5 years jail along with Rs. 2,000/-. If they fail to give this particular amount more 3 months will be punishable to them, judge gave verdict.
It’s important to note that criminals are roaming openly after doing murders, crimes and such high crimes in this state, but the police very rarely make charge-sheets with such promtly.
But when it comes upon the ruling party’s property, nobody can be saved from the jaws of law.
Tripura Police failed to file charge-sheet against MGNREGA multicrore scamster BDO Bimal Chakraborty even after 6 months in manipulated manner - due to which scamster Bimal got out on bail but CPI-M party ruled police took attack on a party office so seriously that few hapless unemployed youths are nailed for jail.
